Role & responsibilities
1. Ensure timely replenishment, stock availability, and visual merchandising for the apparel section as per company guidelines
2. Drive departmental sales through effective customer engagement, promotions, and upselling; meet daily/monthly sales targets
3. Supervise, train, and motivate floor staff on product knowledge, customer service, and visual standards.
4. Resolve customer queries, ensure high service standards, and maintain a tidy and organized department.
5. Maintain daily sales reports, coordinate with warehouse/logistics, and liaise with central buying/planning teams for stock flow.
