Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Oversee sales floor appearance, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and maintained.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
- Supervise a team of retail staff members, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service skills, and performance expectations.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in retail management or related field (apparel industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of retail store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead by example; strong leadership qualities required.
