Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end DC operations, from opening to closing, ensuring adherence to all processes at the Distribution Center(DC)/Warehouse.

Oversee inbound and outbound operations including material handling, inventory control, cost, resources, space, and overall warehouse management.

Ensure accurate stocking of inventory at prescribed locations and processes.

Ensure timely processing and delivery to stores to avoid stockouts.

Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance in line with applicable guidelines.

Manage logistics, people, team building, and employee engagement.

Liaisioning and collaborating with stakeholders including team members, store managers, area managers/cluster heads, suppliers, transporters, head office, regional office, and others.

Maintain proper documentation and update records at the DC, ensuring the safety (including food safety) of people, product, place, and asset.

Manage DC operations in an SAP environment.
