Role & responsibilities


  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of sales targets.
  • Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high productivity and customer service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, shrinkage control, and visual merchandising as per company guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards across the store.
  • Assist in analyzing sales reports, implementing promotions, and driving profitability.
  • Handle customer escalations and operational issues promptly to enhance overall customer experience
