Role

This role entails leading a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to spearhead the business's growth and expansion, by identifying strategic opportunities, nurturing relationships and implementing effective business strategies aimed at minimizing customer acquisition costs.


Responsibilities

  • Planning, implementing and overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns, BTL activities at the micro-market / territory level.
  • Identify opportunities of inorganic growth through partners/vendor acquisitions and drive end to end execution.
  • Build and maintain a healthy relationship with key community/ RWA stakeholders.
  • Identify the areas and execute the launches for geographical expansion within the city.
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to business development activities.
  • Generate reports & assess the effectiveness of strategies and tactics.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for optimizing performance and achieving targets.
  • Provide training & execution support to assigned BDEs.

Preferred candidate profile


Must have BTL experience.
