Employment Information

The role holder will be responsible for Vendor Sourcing and Management i.e. sourcing new vendors, onboarding the new vendors, scheduling, Buying / ordering, ensuring on time payments, Debits to vendors as per process, Product Development (GM), etc.

Simultaneously, he / she will need to manage working relationships with existing vendors.


The role holder will be responsible for managing the assigned Category and for related product / merchandise selection. The responsibilities will include the following:


  • Identifying products, offers and negotiating the best rates
  • Analysis of consumption patterns across various geographies
  • Ensuring profitable growth for the categories
  • Inventory Control
  • Conduct Competition benchmarking and market visits. Data analysis, planning and  forecasting, Sales growth, product enhancement, product lifecycle management

Will need to prepare and present reports. Will be required to travel.
