Role & responsibilities Handling Compliance.
? Labour licenses and contract labour licenses.
? Maintaining various registers
? ESI, PF updates- related all process
? PF All claims & transfers
? Statutory audits
? Statutory compliance training & inductions to store HRs.
? Handlings Contract vendors - Statutory following
? Filling periodical returns under various labour laws
? Employees registration under ESIC act
? Claims and benefits under ESIC and PF acts
