Inbound Associate: The role oversees the end-to-end inbound process, including receiving and inspecting goods, return handling, and documentation. It ensures timely and accurate processing of deliveries, coordination with vendors and quality teams for issue resolution, and proper stock updates in collaboration with inventory teams. the role also supports scroll generation, DMS compliance, and contributes to efficient space and stock management by highlighting inventory risks like low stock for fast movers and overstock of slow movers.
Inventory Associate: - The role is accountable for end-to-end store inventory control, ensuring accuracy, hygiene, and availability. It involves rigorous monitoring of inbound/outbound processes, stock audits, and cycle counts based on classification. The manager ensures zero blocked/QC stocks, proper bin and MRP alignment, and optimal slotting for efficient picking. Responsibilities include managing DOH, minimizing expiry and shrink, driving liquidation through approved channels when required, and maintaining inventory metrics such as fill rates and consumables usage within defined limits. The role also ensures preparedness for external and internal audits with high compliance scores.
Outbound Associate: - The role is responsible for managing end-to-end outbound activities including picking, packing, invoicing, and loading of merchandise for timely order fulfilment. It ensures order accuracy, optimal inventory levels in outbound zones, and process efficiency. The role involves monitoring key performance metrics, resolving customer issues, coordinating cross-functional activities, and driving continuous improvement through team training, performance analysis, and corrective actions.
Sales Associate: - This role focuses on maximizing merchant engagement and driving sales through tele-calling and regular follow-ups. The executive is responsible for activating mapped merchants, increasing order frequency and value, and meeting daily call and sales KPIs. The role involves understanding merchant needs, collaborating with internal teams for tailored solutions, and analyzing sales trends to improve conversions, repeat business, and overall merchant satisfaction.
