Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a retail store, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in department management or related field (retail operations).
  
• Strong understanding of SAPs system for managing inventory levels and tracking stock movements.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
  
• Ability to analyze data effectively using tools like MIS reports to drive business decisions.
