Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of a retail store, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Oversee sales floor management, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and shrinkage reduction strategies.
- Develop and implement effective plans to achieve sales targets, improve profitability, and enhance overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in department management or related field (retail operations).
- Strong understanding of SAPs system for managing inventory levels and tracking stock movements.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
- Ability to analyze data effectively using tools like MIS reports to drive business decisions.
