Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned department to achieve sales, margin, and stock targets.
  
• Ensure optimal product availability through effective inventory planning, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
  
• Lead, train, and schedule department staff to deliver high productivity and excellent customer service.
  
• Maintain visual merchandising, planograms, pricing accuracy, and store hygiene as per Smart Bazaar standards.
  
• Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and implement action plans to improve KPIs.
  
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety norms.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in offline and Online Retail store
