Role & responsibilities


  • Oversee daily operations of the food department, ensuring product availability, freshness, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage inventory, stock rotation (FIFO), shrinkage control, and timely replenishment to meet sales targets.
  • Lead, train, and supervise department staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
  • Analyze sales performance, plan promotions, and coordinate with merchandising teams to maximize revenue.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints effectively while maintaining high service standards.
