Monitor andcontrol field equipment as per SOPs,SOCs,LLF checklist and ODR instruments
Coordinateclosely with shift superintendent/panel executive
Collect anddeliver samples from the field for laboratory testing
Reportpromptly any abnormal observations to shift engineer /panel executive
Handover /takeover of equipment from maintenance
Performcondition monitoring using portable instruments (ODR)
Performminor troubleshooting
Performminor maintenance
Tocontribute towards reduction of waste /handling of chemicals
To operateequipment efficiently
Identifyand suggest opportunities for improvement
Followinglatest safety guidelines, management guide line like, TQM, EFQM, QCC, 5S etc.
Maintainshift logs for respective area /equipment
Followinstructions received from shift superintendent /engineer /panel officer
Memberof Auxiliary Fire Squad
Education Requirement B.Sc. or Diploma in ChemicalEngineering OR ITI / NCTVT
