- Prepare and issue distribution invoices in Showbizz softwareaccurately and on time.
- Generate MIS, statements, and periodic reports related tocollections, outstanding, and distributor performance.
- Perform reconciliations (invoice vs. collections, territory-wise , exhibitor / distributor-wise).
- Follow up with distributors/exhibitors for timely paymentcollections and maintain tracking of receivables.
- Prepare collection reports during film releases, includingdaily/weekly tracking and escalation summaries.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, debit/credit notes,receipts, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams (distribution, legal, operations)to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
- Assist in closing activities and ad-hoc finance support asrequired.
- Necessary Graduate in any stream
- Desired Graduate in any stream
- Necessary 6-8 years of experience in Distribution Accounts
- Desired 10 years ofexperience in similar profile
