Prepare and issue distribution invoices in Showbizz softwareaccurately and on time.
Generate MIS, statements, and periodic reports related tocollections, outstanding, and distributor performance.
Perform reconciliations (invoice vs. collections, territory-wise , exhibitor / distributor-wise).
Follow up with distributors/exhibitors for timely paymentcollections and maintain tracking of receivables.
Prepare collection reports during film releases, includingdaily/weekly tracking and escalation summaries.
Maintain organized records of invoices, debit/credit notes,receipts, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with internal teams (distribution, legal, operations)to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
Assist in closing activities and ad-hoc finance support asrequired.
