Role & responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of a specific department (Grocery, Apparel, FMCG, etc.) under the guidance of senior managers.
- Learn and implement SOPs related to inventory, merchandising, billing, and customer service.
- Monitor stock levels, participate in stock audits, and ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Engage with customers on the floor to understand service standards and improve satisfaction.
- Undergo structured training modules to develop skills in team handling, sales tracking, and retail operations.
