• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Adidas Kids products, upcoming arrivals, and brand initiatives to effectively promote the store?s assortment.
• Keep abreast of ongoing children?s fashion trends and communicate these to customers, emphasizing suitable selections for various occasions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by leveraging product knowledge and delivering outstanding customer experiences at every interaction.
• Ensure attractive merchandise presentation and replenishment, keeping store displays in line with Adidas guidelines and visual standards.
• Handle customer queries, exchanges, and feedback efficiently, resolving challenges to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Collaborate with colleagues on promotional activities and in-store campaigns, supporting events that enhance store footfall and engagement.
• Comply with Reliance Retail?s operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, stock control, and reporting requirements.
