Role & responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and OTC medicines accurately while following legal and company guidelines
  
• Review prescriptions for correctness, dosage, and possible drug interactions
  
• Counsel customers on proper medication usage, side effects, and storage
  
• Maintain inventory, check expiry dates, and ensure proper stock rotation
  
• Keep pharmacy records updated and comply with regulatory requirements
  
• Provide basic health advice and support customer queries professionally
