Role & responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and compliance with company policies
  
• Drive sales, profitability, and footfall by executing promotions, visual merchandising, and local marketing initiatives
  
• Manage, train, and motivate store staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and team development
  
• Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining service standards and promptly resolving customer issues
  
• Oversee inventory management, stock availability, shrinkage control, and coordination with supply chain teams
  
• Monitor store KPIs such as sales targets, conversion, ATV, and expenses, and take corrective actions
  
• Maintain store hygiene, safety, and audit readiness in line with retail and statutory requirements
