About the role
In the role of Retail Sales Executive in Kullu, you will engage directly with customers in a jewellery showroom. Your day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers as they enter and exit the store, understanding their needs, and providing accurate product information to guide their purchasing decisions. You will compare jewellery designs, prices, and features to assist customers in making informed choices, while also cross-selling jewellery and related services when appropriate.
You will manage various tasks such as maintaining proper inventory, ensuring that shelves and displays are well-stocked, and assisting customers with product exchanges and returns. Informing customers about ongoing offers, discounts, and promotions will also be part of your role.
