Role & responsibilities

• Drive overall store sales and profitability through effective planning and execution.
  
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
  
• Monitor inventory, reduce shrinkage, and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
  
• Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.
  
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, statutory norms, and safety guidelines.
  
• Prepare and submit daily reports on sales, staff performance, and inventory status.
