Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  
• Oversee sales floor appearance, ensuring a visually appealing display of products that meet customer needs.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  
• Supervise retail staff, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and performance expectations.
  
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory levels, and other key metrics using POS systems.
