Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Oversee sales floor appearance, ensuring a visually appealing display of products that meet customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Supervise retail staff, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and performance expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory levels, and other key metrics using POS systems.

- 4-8 years of experience in retail store operations or management.
