Role & responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy store operations, ensuring efficient workflow, compliance with healthcare regulations, and high standards of customer service.
  
• Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and team development.
  
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications, proper inventory control, and timely ordering of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
  
• Drive sales and profitability by implementing promotional activities, controlling expenses, and meeting business targets.
  
• Maintain compliance with legal, safety, and company policies, including storage, handling, and documentation of medications.
  
• Address customer concerns, collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare providers, and ensure a safe, patient-focused environment.

Preferred Candidate:

Karnataka State Pharmacy License Mandatory
