  • Solid proficiency in team leadership, coaching and developing staff to foster a collaborative, high-performing retail team atmosphere.
  • Skilled in customer retention, utilizing data and relationship management approaches to build customer loyalty and repeat footfall.
  • Experience managing sales operations including inventory, stock rotation, and promotional execution across diverse product portfolios.
  • Proficient in delivering consistent customer service excellence, handling escalations, and proactively resolving queries to drive satisfaction.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to align on business objectives.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret sales data, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements to optimize overall store performance.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning, adherence to company policies, and achievement of business goals.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the store team to consistently deliver superior service, high engagement, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed store revenue targets, actively monitoring sales performance metrics.
  • Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and stock controls to minimize shrinkage and maintain optimal stock availability.
  • Foster effective customer relationships by resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive in-store shopping experience.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance data, preparing reports and presenting actionable insights to upper management.
  • Uphold store visual standards by ensuring clean, organized, and merchandise-rich displays in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to roll out company initiatives, campaigns, and operational improvements.
