Job Description: System L1 Engineer.

Exp: Fresher or minimum 1/2 yrs experience
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
Automating routine tasks. Collaborating with other teams
Implementing and testing system changes.
Documenting system configurations and procedures.
Participating in security management and implementing security policies.
Identifying and resolving system errors.
Handle basic queries and resolve straightforward issues. Domain and EMail password resets,
Domain and EMail id creation deletion, folder rights management & general troubleshooting.
Daily checklist and reports of system and EMail management
Certifications like desktop or MCSA , MCSE or if any.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Vendor management
Ensuring SLA delivery by all vendors.
Knowledge about ticketing systems,
Knowledge about vendor management , Knowledge about android IOs devices,
Knowledge of Maintenance of Hardware platforms like Mobile device / Server/ Storage.
Knowledge about desktop and server OS (Windows, linux )
Knowledge about mailing system,(GMail)
Maintenance of Hardware platforms like Desktops, Laptops, thin Clients, Intel Servers, Storage,
Bladed infrastructure, communication equipment like LAN switches, Routers,
Support functions for Operating systems & applications.
Networking Management Tools: TCP/IP, Ethernet protocols and emerging technologies.
Drive continuous process improvements for better and faster service delivery.

5 Days Working (2 fixed weekly offs)

Job Timings : 3 Shifts (7:00 AM to 4:30 PM 10:AM to 7:30 PM and 12:30 PM PM to 10:00 PM)
